Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.

Quorn Fillets are so convenient, simply heat your sauce then add the Quorn Fillets. Stir, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.

The majority of the Quorn product range still contain a small amount of egg white or milk ingredients, so are not suitable for vegans. However, we will be launching more vegan products in Singapore in the near future, so watch this space for new product updates.
When you use Quorn products in homemade recipes like cottage pie, Bolognese, curry and chilli, they are perfectly safe to re-heat if they’ve been kept nice and cool in the fridge and are eaten within 48 hours. If you can resist them for that long!
If you have any leftover or extra portions from your Quorn recipes, you can easily freeze them. They’re great if you’re running late and need a quick meal on the go. As long as all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can store the dish in the freezer for up to one month. Always make sure the ingredients are cold before freezing. It’s a good idea to take them out of the freezer the night before, defrost them fully in the refrigerator, then cook them within 24 hours, making sure they’re piping hot before serving.
