Ingredients
- 300g Quorn Meat Free Crispy Nuggets
- 50g curry powder
- 10g turmeric powder
- 3g salt
- 3g garlic powder
- 3g onion powder
Method
- In a pan with shallow oil, pan fry the nuggets until golden brown. This should take about 3 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the nuggets OR place nuggets in a paper bag with the seasoning and shake for a bit of fun.
Pro tip: Add in some chili powder to the seasoning mixture for a new level of spiciness!
