  • 150g Quorn Meat Free Pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/2 orange pepper, finely sliced
  • ½ yellow pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp black olives, halved
  • 50g cheddar, grated or 1 ball mozzarella, torn
  • Torn basil leaves
  • Ingredients for the Pizza Base
  • 250g gluten free flour
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50g butter
  • 75g cheddar, grated
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives, optional
  • 200ml semi skimmed milk
  • Ingredients for Tomato Sauce
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 60ml vegetable stock
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Bunch of fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
