Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack Quorn Sausages
  • 100g Quorn Meat Free Mince
  • 100g carrot (diced and poached)

To season:

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • A dash of white pepper powder

To garnish:

  • Spring onion (chopped)
  • Coriander (chopped)

Method

  1. Heat up your wok to high heat then add oil.
  2. Add the Quorn Sausages and Quorn Meat Free Mince and stir-fried until fragrant, add rice and mix well.
  3. Add the carrot and asparagus and stir until cooked.
  4. Add in the seasoning ingredients to taste.
  5. To finish, garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander.
