You can marinate Quorn from chilled or frozen. To allow the flavour to be absorbed, we suggest marinating for a minimum of 30 minutes but you could leave it to marinate overnight. The longer the marinade time, the more the Quorn product will take on your choice of delicious flavours. If marinating overnight, make sure you keep the mix in the fridge.
Quorn Sausages can be cooked from frozen and be on your plate in less than 15 minutes. Simply brush with a little oil and oven bake or fry in a little oil on the hob following the cooking instructions. Try serving them in wraps or sliced into a breakfast quesadilla. Quorn Sausages are a delicious ingredient you can use in a host of recipes - click here for recipe inspiration.
Cooking with Quorn using a slow cooker isn't recommended as cooking at low temperatures for a long time can change its texture. Please follow the cooking instructions on pack for best results.
